NOU Sei Hak

Research Assistant

NOU Sei Hak is a Research Assistant at the Centre for Educational Research and Innovation (CERI). His work focuses on education policy, technology integration in education, and the development of Cambodia’s research and innovation (R&I) ecosystem, with an emphasis on strengthening institutional and policy capacities. His research interests include the alignment of national teaching standards with international benchmarks and the contribution of education systems to socio-economic reform in post-conflict contexts.

Before joining CDRI, he gained research and policy experience through internships with GIZ Cambodia and The Asia Foundation. His work included supporting social protection policy development, conducting research on regional and international policy issues, and assisting in program implementation and evaluation.

Sei Hak holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Relations and a Certification in International Economics from the Institute for International Studies and Public Policy (IISPP) at the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP).
